Support sales activities by coordinating quotations, technical documentation, and client-specific requests in collaboration with the engineering, sales, and service teams. - Project Interface & Support
Facilitate seamless communication and documentation flow between customers, Toscotec HQ, and regional entities throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-installation support. - Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Provide structured feedback to the Business Development and R&D departments. - Travel & Representation
Travel internationally (up to 30–40%) to attend meetings, site visits, trade fairs, and assist regional teams during key negotiations or service interventions. - Documentation & Compliance
Ensure contractual documentation is accurately managed and aligned with internal compliance, legal, and export requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Degree in Engineering, International Business, Industrial Management, or similar field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in an international sales or technical-commercial role within the capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial services sector (preferably paper or process industries).
Languages:
Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) is highly desirable.
Technical aptitude:
Ability to understand and explain technical documentation and production machinery features.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Culturally sensitive and capable of building trust in diverse settings.
Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP platforms (SAP or similar).
