About the role
The Risk Analyst will join the Engineering Area and play a key role in ensuring machine and equipment safety across Toscotec’s projects. The position focuses on conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with EU machinery regulations, and developing effective safety measures. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams (engineering, production, sales, and spare parts) as well as external risk analysis experts, contributing to technical documentation and employee safety training
Key Responsabilities
Conducting detailed risk assessments for all machines and equipment
Ensuring compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and UNI EN 1200
Developing and implementing safety measures to reduce identified risks
Collaborating and coordinating external engineering firms, experts in risk analysis, that support the company in the evaluation and drafting of the technical file
Collaborating with design and production teams to integrate safety solutions
Collaborating with sales and spare parts department to identify a certification strategy for partial machine and/or plant rebuilds
Editing draft risk assessment reports and compliance documentation
Providing safety training and support to employees
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical knowledge
Languages:
Professional fluency in english is required
Soft Skills:
Positive attitude towards problem solving
Team work attitude
Availability to travel for business trips
What we offer
The initial pay range for this position will be 35.000k To 50.000k
